Refund Policy

Since our shop sells non-tangible digital products that cannot be returned or exchanged, We refund only if our Products do not work on your server but we need to confirm it from our end. Related to design and features, Refund will not be acceptable. Before the purchase is made, you must check demos whether it’s suitable for you or not. If anything, email us via contact form.

We strongly believe our products will work without any issue, troubles, problems and we are available to help you sort any issue resulting from any number of reasons.

Before submitting the refund request, make sure you go through the following steps:

  1. You are within the first 14 days of the purchase of the theme. No refunds will be granted after the first 14 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
  2. Your issue(s) derives from not being able to install the theme properly or get the theme to perform its basic functions.
  3. Open a support ticket if you have any problem with the product.
  4. Carefully read the theme documentation.
  5. Make sure that the server used meets all the specifications laid out in the requirement for the product.
  6. Refunds will not be granted for missing feature(s) that we haven’t offered. If you are not sure we support a specific feature, please contact us through

  7. Issues caused by conflicts with 3rd party plugins, themes, or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
  8. Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the Theme.  
  9. The Refund Policy does not apply to renewals and upgrades.

Conditions for a declined refund

Most of the time we are able to solve your problem and fix the errors you face. The refund will not be made unless you have opened a support ticket with our support team and mentioned your issue. We only refund if we fail to offer a reasonable solution for the issue.

If you are using a shared hosting plan, then there is a high chance that demo import might not work on your server because your server might have some limitations. For the demo import to work properly, the PHP configuration on your server should be:

  • max_execution_time 360
  • memory_limit 256M
  • post_max_size 32M
  • upload_max_filesize 32M
